By accessing or using Watu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
PREDICTIONS AND SCORING
Watu provides a platform for social tournament prediction rooms. Predictions must be submitted before the kickoff of each match. The scoring configuration is determined by the room's host and resolved automatically using verified sports telemetry API services. All scoring resolutions are final.
PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
Users are expected to maintain fair play standards. Any form of platform abuse, reverse engineering, sybil room creation, or automated API scripting is strictly prohibited and will lead to account termination.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Watu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any service interruptions, inaccuracies in tournament schedule data, or discrepancies in automated prediction scoring.
AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
